Great support, great product.
First I want to compliment the support team. Before I ever bought their batteries I communicated with them about a DIY approach to upgrading my RV to lithium. They answered my questions and confirmed that the approach I was taking would be safe and effective, although not optimal. Then I bought two 165 AH LiTime heated batteries. I installed them (and the other components) and promptly went for a boondocking weekend. Everything worked great! I love the BMS software and its bluetooth feature. The conversion has been a total success. So yes, I rate these batteries and the support team as 5 stars.
