Bought a diagnostic tool from VXDAS
Bought a diagnostic tool from VXDAS, it arrived and worked for 2 days. They refused to have fix it locally so they wanted me to send it back to China. Sent to China , they had issues with customs delivering the product so it’s been now 3 months and I still haven’t received a laptop and they are not offering a replacement either. They have been terrible with customer service and and they will not take the blame and will no cooperate. They have wasted my time and my money! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
