I ordered a dress hat, the work of the sewing on the hat was fair, not as professionally polished as I expected from a business. I was disappointed in the durability of the hat brim because it was not as most dress hat brims are. I should have viewed the photo of it online closer. The photos on the JJ House website are an accurate depiction of the hat I ordered. I also would like to add, the prices on many of the items are entirely too high. This is a company in China, that explains the hat quality. The prices are gouging people, I would never depend on this company for attire to wear in any significant life event! This company i is not big on going the extra mile to get a customer returning to shop either. Although JJ House reps are slow on chat, they are very polite. This is the only reason I rated this company 2 stars. The hat is pretty, just not quality brim. It took a month to receive my order. See below: Would I order from this company again? No, unless it was something on sale that I only needed to wear less than 6 times and toss out. I would not recommend ordering from JJ House.
