Outlook PST File Damaged
I purchased Ease US Recovery/Backup, and the first time I tried it, I backed up my Outlook .PST file. After I backed it up, the entire calendar was deleted. The emails remained, but hundreds of meetings, appointments, birthdays, anniversary reminders, etc., were gone. Swapping emails with tech support is inefficient and required two days to get Tech Support. Ewan worked for several hours very diligently to try to recover my missing calendar but was unsuccessful. He claims Ease US is not to blame for erasing my calendar. However, I repeatedly asked Ewan why EASE Us would modify the PST file during backup, and he did not deny that it does. Because I have lost trust in this product and have no need for any of their other products, I requested a refund. After some negotiation, I received a refund.
