I have decided not to place future orders with this company. I opted for expedited shipping to ensure delivery for a specific event, but unfortunately, my order arrived a week later than the website offered. I attempted to contact customer service via email regarding this issue, but I did not receive a response. Furthermore, the shoes I ordered did not fit properly. Upon returning them, I was informed that I would only be refunded $36, despite having paid $57 for the item because I have to pay a return shipping fee of $7 after the package was delivered a week late. I made another attempt to reach out to customer service via email because it really seems unfair, but again, my message went unanswered. It is with regret that I must conclude this will be my final order from this company. Please be aware if you need and plan or need a pair of shoes by a specific date.
