Terrible Quality Nowadays..plus bad CX Service
I got shoes, as I do every 8 months, and one of them was manufactered so crooked like I was kinda shocked. But I had to work so I wore them and they have killled my foot on that side. I have developed such a weird callous from it rubbing wrong where its crooked. I email support and sent pix and since I took the sticker off the platform, they had to send to upper mnanagement for review and I have yet to hear back. Its been about 2 weeks since I have gotten a response from them. Switching to HElla Heels if Pleasers doesnt make this right! Plus the sizing is wayyyy off now. Ive always worn a 9 and they are way too big now.
Shoes are great, packaging isn’t always great
For the most part, I’ve had a positive experience with Pleasers. The shoes are well-made, and once I figured out my sizing they were are a great fit. I like that there are lots of options for styles. My only gripe is that packaging is sometimes a hit or miss. Sometimes they’ll ship it in a box, which is great. Other times they seem to just wrap it in plastic and keep it together with tape, and when that happens, my package arrives with the plastic torn and barely held together.

I own at least 15 pairs of pleasers, and over the years can say I’ve easily owned over 50…if not more. Whether it’s heels or boots I LOVE pleasers. Sexy, sturdy, and secure.

I bought two pairs of boots for my partner one pair fit the other don't. The high returns costs are not made clear on the website for UK purchases indeed you're somewhat fooled in thinking you are purchasing from the UK because the payment label is GLOBALE PLEASER SHOES LONDON and everything is in £ not $. Pleaser Shoes threaten non-reimbursement if you use your own courier to return items. However the courier DHL charge is 45% of the original cost of the item! I don't mind a charge to return items however this needs to be reasonable and commensurate with the value of the item itself. 45% of the item value is ridiculous, also considering this item is so light. I now have a dispute in place with my credit card provider. Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 is a UK law providing legal protection for credit card purchases between £100 and £30,000. It makes the card provider jointly liable with the seller if goods are faulty, not as described. No action so far from Pleaser Shoes. I will never purchase items from this retailer again.
Heel slowly separating from the shoe
I bought my shoes on the official website, the shipping was under the delay and everything went fine. The shoes themselves are really nice and comfortable. The issue is : the heels slowly separating from the shoes after a couple of weeks. It seems that the manufacturer already tried to glue them back but the glue solution didn't last. Obviously they should have never passed quality control. I guess it's on me to fix them now. (I've never received any possibility to send a product review on the official website, it makes me wonder if they new what they were doing)

So far really struggling to return the boots i purchased which are too small. Pleaser shoes want to charge me over £48 to return them which is almost half the purchase price. Their return policy says you have the option to choose your own postage but this option does not appear during the returns process. I am waiting to hear back from them to resolve this problem.

Don't Buy the Thigh high boots..trust me
While I love their sandals and short boots, the thigh high Pleaser boots are not made well. After only a handful of pole classes / practice, the shoes began to deteriorate literally. I have holes in both of them with the fabric peeling off.
