The safety and comfort of our customers are incredibly important to us, so we were very concerned to hear that your new sandals feel too slippery to wear. Because these were purchased through one of our retail partners, their specific return and exchange policies apply. Since the 14-day return window has passed and the sandals do not have a manufacturing defect, we unfortunately cannot bypass their system to process a direct return or exchange from our end.
