This is the second review after 4 contacts with petmeds. I placed an order on may 22. I always keep track of the number of trays left and order with a few days leeway for delivery. I had to contact them when the food didn't arrive after , I think 7 or 9 days, then I was told they get the food from a third party so? Do something about it! Shouldnt be customers problem. So after another contact ( and review), they send me 8 cases of A DIFFERENT FLAVOR!)FISH! MY CATS WONT TOUCH IT. THEY GREW UP ON FORZA HYPO LAMB. I HAD TO FEED THEM FORZA RENAL CARE, LAMB THAT I HAD LEFT FROM A CAT THAT DIED. SO NOW ITS MAY 31ST AND IM OUT OF RENAL CARE AND IVE BEEN OUT OF HYPO LAMB SINCE, I THINK, THE 25TH. STILL NO DELIVERY BUT I HAVE 8 CASES OF FISH TO GIVE TO A RESCUE. IF YOU KNOW CATS, YOU KNOW THEY WILL STARVE BEFORE EATING SOMTHING THEY DONT LIKE! I CANT GET THIS FOOD LOCALLY. MY CATS ARE MY BABIES AND IM SO STRESSED OVER THIS.
