CIMB TOOK MY MONEY
The ATM machine in Langkawi blocked and retained my credit card. Had to go all the way to the bank by car to explain it. Had to fo retrieve it next day. By car. No apologies. And CIMB took my money. 500 MR. My bank still waiting for an answer because i disputed. Chargeback process. No answer from the Islamic Malaysian bank. Customer service sucks. They own me more than 100 €. Scammers
