Esther in Design was amazing!
My first impressions of Modular Closets was outstanding! I was working with Esther in the design stage and she was amazing!!! After completion of the design stage is where things fell off the rails. The delivery company took 5 extra day’s delivering the closets. Then it turned out they miss placed half of my order. Modular Closets attempted to find out where it was but the trucking company had not idea. Four days later the other half of my order was found and delivered. Then after completing most of the build and installation I realized they had not set the drawer slides, another 4 day delay. Bottom line, the end product is outstanding, the design is amazing, would I use the again, not sure?
