Can not available for up to 3 weeks?
The site stated a car would be ready by Friday which was 4 days. So I ran my credit got a deal. They site said it wouldn't charge me the $500 until the deal was put together. Both were lies. Up to THREE WEEKS to get the car. Who can wait that long when shopping for a car? Now I got a hit on my credit. They are refunding the charge they were not supposed to. Let's see. But this is what really ticks me off. The day after I used my phone number on their site I am getting 5 ROBOCALLS per hour! I have not given my number out on any site ever. When they called this morning to tell me about the deal that was all botched Google warned me they themselves are likely a scam also. I am pretty upset as you can imagine because now I have no car, a ding on my credit, waiting on $500, and now getting robocalls on my business line that I HAVE to pick up. I have used Carvana for every car in the past so I decided to try them. I hate both companies. Carvana messed up on my last car. Back to using dealerships.
