Unreliable System and Poor Customer Service
Update: compliance team solved my issue and they refunded the amount that had the issue on it. Thank you. --------- I had an exceedingly frustrating time with PYPROXY. Their system, as it turned out, did not process the payment correctly, and later on, their support team reverted pretty late when I had contacted them several times. The support personnel was wholly non-cooperative; instead, they blamed me, trying to hide the system failure and refused even a single concession or a refund for a failed process fully due to them. E-mail replies were very slow and dismissive without a note of urgency or concern towards the customers—something completely unacceptable, given the fact that these services only work with timely and appropriate payment processing. In case you care about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend you avoid the service provider named PYPROXY. Terrible handling of my case from end to end left such a bad taste that I would rather not trust this particular service provider again for any business transaction.
