a complete and total sh*t show
Nepotism/corruption is the only explanation I can think of for why this incredibly dishonest and incompetent company is the sole USA distributor of Midea appliance parts. TWICE i tried to buy parts from this circus act. Each time, they LIE and LIE and LIE about the ETA, successively pushing it back week-by-week and month-by-month. To date, after two orders spanning nearly 4 months, I have never actually received ANYTHING. I'm really not sure if it is blatant fraud or simply incompetence that makes Encompass such a complete and total sh*t show, but after countless hours tracking orders, communicating with useless customer service agents, and pulling my hair out, I will NEVER buy a Midea appliance ever again.
