Date: Sun, 10 May 2026 18:52:56 +0000 (UTC) I was quite pleased with this pro until: IT TOOK 2 CALLS and 3 days heat to get the job right, and I'm still not 75% happy. First call, on Mothers day was blamed on a faulty thermostat, Stat was changed and 10 minutes after the tech left, the blower quit blowing again. It took a return call on Monday, after a hot night trying to sleep. This time the defective air handler motor was replaced ,with an apology! Neither call, was I given a invoice by the tech! The tech also failed to leave the instructions for programing the thermostat. I called the office and requested all paperwork for my files and warranted for their workmanship and pieces/parts. The thermostat is generic and no identification anywhere, inside or out! I still need the paperwork and will think twice before using them again. William (Bill) Shuster
