I placed an order for one sweet shirt n two t-shirts on 5th of May on the Zazzle website. A few days later on the 28th of the same month my parcel came through and to my surprise I only got the Sweatshirt🤔 so ok maybe they were going to be shipped at a later date but no I had to get in touch to find out what was going on with the t-shirts, still nothing. So I got in touch they put me through to customer care. I got Rex he was really fantastic to deal with spoke to him about my issue with the parcel and he has rectified it and kindly upgraded the shipping to express shipping to ensure that I'm going to get my two t-shirts as promised so I will personally rate him five stars for that. Would I be ordering again from zazzle probably not. My first and last order. My apologies of the review seems long thank you.
