I have many issues.....
I'm still having trouble trying to contact them. 2 weeks with no information or update on my basic shoe order. Most channels to contact them are all automated systems. This site is close to the definition of a scam, i hope my sneakers will arrive. I would avoid this site at all costs. Update: 09/27/2026 So after leaving my trust pilot review. I contacted novelship and said i needed an update or i would seek to 'void the transaction' with my credit card company. By the next morning i received a 'your order is on the way' email....this was 5 days ago and when i track my order via EMCS SHIPPING it says 'virtual manifest received'. No change in status for the shipping for 5 days now. They clearly don't have my sneakers. AVOID THIS WEBSITE.
