UPDATE: they finally refunded my money, so I have updated the rating. I purchased dress that took a while to arrive but didn’t fit as it stated size. I contacted asking how to return, they took weeks to return email and then asked for pictures. I sent pictures and asked for next step.. They never replied. Weeks later I was asked for review of experience. I pointed out they never replied with return information. Then they said it’s past the 30 days!!! That is their business model?? Stalling until you have no option. I will never purchase anything from this company again!
