Clarify better limits what CTRIP can do for clients and what not
I have problems booking tickets and CTRIP cannot help, just only option os go through internet system. That is a big difference from the past and also compared with a travel agency. Also conditions CTRIP negociate with airline or others should be more easy and less penalty for client in case of change.
