This is the third Steeldive watch I have purchased. I have had 3 Rolex Submariners in the past ( 14060, 14060M , 11610) and sold them all after about 12 months of ownership. I remember looking at my wrist one day and thinking: ‘Is my life really enhanced by owning this watch?”..the answer was “ NO !” It’s all in my mind ..thinking I am wearing the “ very best “ …but that was not true I received the SD 1954 yesterday a partner to my SD 1953 which has run perfectly for the past 18 months. Honestly it is 90% of the original at a fraction of the cost. And the relief of not having to pay over $ 1,000 aud every 5 years for a service. I just love it , plain and simple. Steeldive and their team have earnt my appreciation and respect for a mighty fine product . Sadly I had bought into the whole image thing . Now I am content that I have made a wise and practical decision to wear this Steeldive SD 1954 with pride
