I purchased a dress and necklace first time order with this company I got the dress which was unwearable do to the inside being too short show my butt the outside was see true so unable to wear. (I'm 5 5 120 32 c I order side small which was right except there was a mistake doing this dress I guess that's why the sell their cloth shipper)I never got the necklace I reach out t ok customer service they ask for pictures and info after they already look my order and saw I paid I said I have never been ask so much thing and emails and other loops look for the bag but my mom trash it ( I went on vacation she was cleaning and disposed of it) so I reach out to them already eating the cost of the dress I never ask for money or a return for the dress all I want it was my stupid necklace I never got . They them took the stand that it was sent together on the same bag and that is BS I never got it so no only they dup me on money but had the face to call me a liar . If you get to received their products count yourself lucky if they are good even more so but they don't care I guess one time duping per person make them enough money so they don't care. I guess my lesson to only shop with reputable companies paying a little extra is worth it
