Mistaken order fixed
I ordered one item yet I mistakenly got a different item. However, the help I received from from Lauren (who was on customer support) was wonderful! they took time, talked me through what to do and explained the questions I asked. on top of that the process of ordering products and the quality of such is also great. highly recommend!
