The gaming console I ordered arrived quite fast. However, it would not play any of the included games. It took about 10 days and a couple of emails until we figured out that the console was locked for some reason. Then I got a video instruction how to unlock it. The response time to emails was ok, I missed the first one because google put it into the spam folder.
