Awesome product but Nightmare customer service
Love the product itself but the company has no idea how to manage their logistics. I usually order from an authorized retailer but for the first time ordered directly from Calecim during BF sale. My order arrived a week later, missing a bottle of serum ($100) - multiple emails later, their customer service continues to ask the same rhetorical question “can you share the details & image of the shipped package?” - I provided the requested details twice, only for them to ask the exact same question again. Their website also mentions complimentary samples but none were ever sent. UPDATE: After some back-forth, I finally received my missing item as well as an extra bottle of the serum.
