Totally a scam
Totally a scam. Returns are at your cost and less than what you paid. The phone app only has presets that are not good for what I have found to be many, if not most, people. To talk to someone, you have to hold on the phone for hours and still will more than likely not get a person to talk to. After it is paid for and too late to return, they offer no help at all. This is a total scam set up to defraud you. Everything is set up to sell and nothing to help. Save your money it is not worth it. I am profoundly hard of hearing and have tinnitus pretty badly. I started this journey on 2026-01-02, and as of today, 2026-08-23, I am stuck with them and still can not get any assistance from them. Their app will not even send me a code to log in to it.
