Not a great product but they were fair with me.
. I bought a pair of trouser, when they eventually arrived they were not what I had expected. Dreadful Material badly made with an elasticated waiste not shown in the picture. I paid £19.75 and they offered me £10 refund and said I could keep them. I refused this offer so they offered a full refund and a $10 voucher as a gesture of goodwill so all is good.
