order 2 dresses, 1 completely wrong
I ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses from the sample sale, each dress is £40 and offer no refunds due to been a sample product. I accepted this and ordered the dresses. The positive point is they shipped the items to me super quick, which I was very impressed with, however upon arrival i soon realised they had made an error and sent me one correct dress and one completely and embarrassingly wrong dress. The wrong size, colour and style of dress, they are so far opposite and 4 sizes too big there is simply no excuse for getting it so wrong. Its laughable how they though this dress could be away related to what i ordered. I have raised this with JJ's house and have received numerous automatic 'copy and pasted' responses, after several back and forth quoting their policies to them and been offered and turning down partial refunds, i have been offered a voucher or a refund, but still no explanation as to why they can not just send me the correct item. It is a shame because the dress they got right is perfect, well made and a lovely fit and i just want 2 matching dresses. If they had sent the right dresses originally this review would have been a 5 star for delivery speed and quality. But the lack of human interaction in customer service has been such a shame, automated responses is what is giving this company such a bad name, I have learnt my lesson and should not have ignored the bad reviews on this site.
