Fingers crossed for Customer Service
Hi, while flights do offer good value at times, as others mentioned the customer service has been very slow and I was actually on hold for 1 hour before getting informed by a bot that there are no agents to take my call and they hung up. Tried e-mailing but since others have received no response I'm going to try here since I've seen responses below. For this booking CSG-2745799 (airline ref P6E35X), previously I had originally booked the 12:30pm flight, but that flight was cancelled and I was moved to a 7:40am flight on the same day. Would it be possible to move me to the other flight on the same day at 16:10 instead of 7:40? Please let me know.
