Good colour, bad delivery service
Good colour, bad delivery I have used esalon for quite a few years and have been fairly happy with their product and service but recently the colours have not been delivered to my address. They can blame it on Royal Mail all they want but the fact is there are alternative delivery services they can use which do a better job but they don't seem to want to. Instead I have to redirect to a post office and spend an hour going to pick it up each time. Not good Edit in reply to response below: I spoke to customer service every time my parcel gets lost. They still insist on using Royal Mail 🤷🏽♀️
