Good service, not so good product
Customer service is very good, I accidentally ordered a item two times and after one E-Mail I got the second order refunded. Sadly the bracelet that I ordered has the wrong size and the gold plating on it is already starting to fall off after a week. Also, they send a lot of E-Mails to you about new offers and such, which I find annoying but wouldn't call it spam.
