Arrived from China squashed into a tiny box
I bought 2x scarf pashminas to wear at a wedding. Despite the website claiming to have a central London address items took around 2 weeks to arrive from China and postage could not be expediated. Items were delivered in an awful state as had been squashed and bundled into a a tiny, unsuitable box and were of very poor quality so were returned for refund.
