Terrible customer service
I ve bought things from this company for years….however they say you never know if is a good company until done thing goes wrong… They sold me a mirror with very specific brackets to attach it to the wall - but only one half of the bracket fitted. I didn’t realise until I had an odd job man come out to fit it and he couldn’t (still had to pay him for his time) I contacted them and they said they did not have any parts and did not sell that mirror anymore and I could return it (I ve checked the website and they do still sell it, but with a slightly different name and higherprice) Anyway after weeks and weeks and weeks of very sporadic emails by them they said to send it back - even more weeks of emails to arrange the collection. It was finally collected last month (3 months after initial contact) and despite 4 emails and reaching out on SM no one replies - their website says 14 days for a refund - no refund, no email, no confirmation they received it. No reply at all…. So now I have no mirror, no money and no faith in this company any more
