BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!! 1. I ordered two hats May 5, 2023, and after two inquiries, finally received product June 13. 2. Email correspondence revealed this is NOT a US company, but based in Hong Kong. 3. Merchandise was packed into too small a box, crushing two hats stacked together and creasing the felt. 4. Two Medium sizes ordered; received one Medium and one Large. 5. Neither hat resembled in any way the "Aged" appearance shown on both FB and website. 6. Customer Service response to my complaint was to offer a $15 refund (on a $50 item) and advise me to give the hat to a friend. Blatant misrepresentation of the company, products, and service. Don't waste your money.
