So call retailer took my money and never told me the item was not in stock until this year! I ordered the item back in September 8 2025 MY76179 I have given the order number and date numerous times and a response of a discount I have stated I do not want any more default clothes because I have had numerous problems with your so call merchandise I am demanding my money back on the product you never delivered to me This is my forth time requesting! You fell short and not me

This so call retail store refuses to refund me for a purchase that ran out of stock almost 7 months ago I can understand if I received the merchandise and like my other purchase was only given the option of a 50% credit for a bathrobe dress I never received anything regarding how to obtain the 50% credit I am demanding a refund by the same amount I paid for merchandise that ran out of stock

Scam scam scam I have been waiting over 7 months for a leopard sweater I never received and was told after numerous attempts it was out of order but have not received a refund for something that was not my fault In addition I received a bathrobe item that was suppose to be a dress and wanted to return it and was promised 50% of an item which I never received

Robe for a dress Oh my
I received a dress from Mooyius on Sunday evening and was greatly disappointed. The dress looks like a bathrobe and as a matter of fact I thought it was . I have sent a request/response three times and have yet to get a response.
