this is my second terrible situation with DEEVID.AI! In my PayPal account, the payment was not shown simply as “DeeVid AI”, but under the merchant name "Brightthink Innovation Limited" , with DeeVid AI only shown in the description/details. In my opinion, this is not transparent and makes it harder for users to immediately recognize and manage the subscription. I also found the cancellation process very unclear. A serious and fair online service should have a clear cancellation button directly on its website/account page. Instead, I had to search through PayPal automatic payments to stop future charges. I was charged again even though I did not want to continue the service. I have now opened a PayPal case and the automatic payment is inactive, but this whole experience feels sneaky and unfair. My advice: Before paying for DeeVid AI, check carefully how the subscription works, how cancellation is done, and what merchant name appears in PayPal. Take screenshots of everything.
