Nervous customer
I was really nervous to purchase online products. When I finally chose to purchase a gift for my boys 8th birthday i was nervous that my money would be gone and no product. It was a huge deal to let money go from my account. I noticed my account had also withdrawn another $20 (for Digital Media) and that my order had been cancelled (a second order which I did not order). I naturally assumed my order was fake and emailed straight away. Within 24 hours a reply was made with a reply that I should be patient. My boy received his gift and thoroughly enjoyed it. However the gift had been damaged in the corner of the console, and I could not take it away from my boy as he didn't care about the damage. The product is great but very nervous about making another purchase.
