SCAMMERS!!!
SCAMMERS!!!! Booked a family of 4 ticket to Kensington Palace London. Got ticket by email and all looked great. Got to the venue and they said they are not the tickets they use, never seen them before. They asked who I had booked it through, said ticket.com and they said they are scammers. I had to pay on the day to gain entry into the palace rather than just walk away. So I emailed them and recieved 26 replies in 4 weeks just saying the same thing, that they are sorry and it is with their booking partners who are investigating. Every email they send it’s a different name at the bottom. I sent loads of emails to them. I then sent a pretty angry email to them to sort it out. I received a response within the hour saying that they had managed to sort out the refund and they had just sent it…. 2 days later and still no money back into my account. Scammers. 1 star is one to many. This is not a company despite how professional their web site is… they are crooks!!! DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY… you will not get what you pay for and not get any money back!!!
