This is the first time I book my airticket from Cheapticket. The name " cheapticket" did not appeal to me as trustworthy or reliable. But after I took the risk and decide to give it a try, I realised that it is reputable. But I do like to highlight 2 issues : 1) The loading of the pages is slow. 2) After I have input the OTP for the credit card payment, my computer screen went blank. There was no "acknowledgement" page on successful payment. Then I begin to feel is this a scram because made another round of payment for the same booking. The same thing happens, my screen go blank. I stopped and exit from the website. 3) Then I went to my email and when I look at my email, I did received an email on the payment received. And detail of all my booking. 4) I am concern if i had made double payment or made double booking, so I called "cheapticket" hotline. 5) The customer service gentleman told me that there is only 1 booking and 1 payment but I would need to called the bank to check if there is double charges. In summary, these small detail of assurance of payment or booking etc...created inconvenient to the user, who have to follow up to ensure our doubts are clear.
