My reservation number CHK-4757299
My reservation number CHK-4757299 I found there is a mistake of the last name of my e ticket. Seems the booking system has some problem, I don’t know why my last name is wrongly printed which I type the correct name when submitted the booking. I tried to call the CS hotline many times but nobody pick up the phone. Please look in to it and get back to me !
