We were clients of Hong Kong based Neat, which worked well. But Neat was taken over by Rapyd, an Israeli run outfit, devoted to blocking withdrawals and transfers. Money in - no problem. Money out - ahhhh. Good luck with that. Nevertheless, I'm grateful that we only got stung for a few thousand.
