Dishonest and Unreliable
Sadly, I can't leave a lower score!! This Company is just plainly DISHONEST. I purchased an item - received a very garbled confirmation of purchase - and that was it. It was up to me to follow up whether it had been sent - which they confirmed that it had been - no tracking supplied! Then, upon non-receipt, a tracking number was sent - showing delivery to a completely different address! When I raised this with kentfaith, they then said they would follow up with the courier to see if they had confirmation of delivery to me - implying that I am lying (like ALBO). When revisiting the courier tracking, the tracking number (two different numbers given) do not appear anymore!! PS Response from kentfaith is just plainly dishonest as well. The tracking clearly showed that the parcel was NOT delivered to my address - went to Nambour PC! Saying otherwise is FALSE!. I did receive the resend. Have returned it under tracking to the address they provided. It will be interesting to see what is refunded.
