I had previously read all of the poor reviews of DressLily, and as such I considered not ordering from them, but their inventory is just so adorable that I chose to roll the dice and take my chances. I decided to order just one piece, and made sure to select one of the cheaper ones, as a sort of experiment. I picked out an absolutely adorable holiday-themed dress that, with shipping, came to a total of $15 USD. I was willing to gamble that much to see what kind of experience I would have with this company. I also used PayPal to process my payment for extra security and protection. Well, I am happy to report that my experience was EXCELLENT. I ordered my dress on Aug 3, and it arrived on Aug 10. One week to the day, which is much faster than I expected. I was able to track the entire journey online. Shipping was processed via DHL until it reached my local post office, where USPS took it over for delivery. As for the dress itself, I do agree with others who have said that the quality isn't great. However, given the price, it's about the quality I expected so I'm happy with it. Not to mention that it's a holiday dress, so I'll only be wearing it once or twice a year. I will also mention that the cut and fit was perfect. Also, the dress arrived in a RoseGal bag, so evidently it is the same company. I have already picked out the next dress I will order from DressLily. I will continue to cautiously order one dress at a time until they give me a reason to stop giving them my business. :)
