Very slow at providing warranty on our entertainment center. When they arrived several months later, the wrong parts had been ordered, and it was at least another 6 months before their return. Finally problem was solved…so we thought… Within the following 7 months, the same part went out again, and we were informed that our product was no longer under warranty. Very disappointed
