Over two months for delivery
I was not impressed with my experience. After 40 days waiting for delivery I emailed customer service and was told my order was on its way. About a week later I got an ema saying my order had been placed and I emailed customer service again and was told that my order was lost in transit and they sent a new order. I asked if I could have the item shipped priority post because it was nearly 50 days already that I was waiting and was told no. My package finally arrived today- over two months after I ordered it. Update: I completed my original review as part of an incentive email from the company that claimed I would receive 5% cash back on my order if I wrote a review. I just received an email from the customer service team to say that to qualify for the cash back offer I needed to edit my 2 star review to a 4 or 5 star review. Effectively, they are paying you a very small sum to write a fake review for them.
