Bluetti Elite 100 V2 is great - as is the Customer Service provided
Ordered a Bluetti Elite 100 V2 a few days ago, and received it promptly and in great condition. I haven't had too long to test it, but I ran my large American fridge for over 9.5hrs yesterday and it still had over 10% of AC power available. Pretty impressive for such a small unit. Bluetti had reduced the price after I ordered it, so I contacted the customer support team, as there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. They got back to be within a day and agreed to refunded me the difference in price. So, not only do I have a fantastic little unit, but it was purchased at an even better price. Very pleased :)
