Not so great
I've shopped their site only a couple of times, but it has been disappointing this last time. I purchased 5 different dresses and a pair of shoes. It took a long time for my order to come in and it shipped at different times. The dresses that I did receive were pretty nice. I was still missing a dress and was told they would ship it as soon as it was restocked and it never did and I never got a response to my last inquiry about when it would be back in stock. So, I got screwed out of a 20 dollar dress. Not a great loss, but enough to upset me and make me not want to shop with them anymore. I would've appreciated an honest response that they sold me a dress that didn't exist and would never be restocked. They could've offered a coupon or some discount for their mistake. That's what I would've done.
