No Proof, Incorrect Result, and Inadequate Refund
They failed to send the required proof, produced and shipped the order without our approval, and printed the design incorrectly. Their communication and follow-up were poor, and despite admitting the error was caused by a system glitch, they offered a 30% laughable 30% refund rather than a full refund. We placed a rush order with another company.
