0 stars if I could! Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before hand. I ordered 2 of the same shoes but different sizes. Neither worked for me. Recently requested a refund but they offered 20% then 40% compensation and to keep the 2 shoes I cannot wear!!!. Reminded them of their returns policy and still waiting (I'm on day 3) for my returns label and full refund. UPDATE 24th July: full refund received EVENTUALLY
