You provide a great range of travel services at competitive prices. We booked several accommodations and car hires with for our recent trip to Australia. All of which comfortably met our needs and expectations. I do however have some constructive criticisms, to offer. The lack of consistency in your websites layout, processing of information and the format of the final confirmation invoice/voucher. It makes it really quite difficult on a multivenue/location trip to easily recognise relevant information. My second issue is with your "additional car hire -"excess" indemnity cover. Whilst the wording on your website makes the offer appear beneficial, the reality when we collected our various cars was very different. Primarily, whilst we could use your offering to reclaim any excess payments due, should a claim arise. The car hire company would have still required us, to make the payment at the time of the claim, and subsequently seek reimbursement from you. It was also pointed out that unless we had the full details of the third party responsible, eg. an unwitnessed scrape in a car park, a failure to stop by the party responsible for a collision, such incidents would not be covered but we would still have to pay the relevant excess. This is not made clear in your website description. For this reason we cancelled your cover and opted instead for hirers additional cover - safe in the knowledge we could just return the car and walk away. Yes these policies are more expensive, but the peace of mind and ease, when you are on holiday in a strange country, make for my money good value.
