Bad service
Bad service. I have been working with their tech support for almost a month to just schedule an appointment. There is a glitch in their software that prevents me from paying through my insurance, and keeps trying to force me to pay their full price. It's horrible that their bad software and bad service has prevented me from scheduling therapy.
