the only good thing i had here was that i loved the provider I had. she was so kind, understanding, and listened! very helpful and knowledgeable. best psychiatrist i’ve ever had!
one day i had my third appointment with her, and she let me know they were letting her go…and they never sent me an email to tell me until a day or two later. about a month later, i get an email that i’m being charged $292 with no date of when they’re going to charge me. i was NEVER given a quote or price for appointment! i believed it was covered by insurance since they never charged and it showed i owed $0 in the app/website monthly. some people can’t just pull $300 out with sudden notice…
great providers, bad service. if you choose this place definetly push for a quote before having an appointment.

I love cerebral. I initially got it because I needed meds and I didn’t have insurance. I have insurance now but I’ve kept using cerebral. The doctor I’ve been matched with is very helpful, kind, supportive, knowledgeable and a great listener. I’ve you’re wondering if this is worth it… it is. Do it.

I will mot lie
I will mot lie, it took over a week before I could get onto the site and have everything available for me to use. I had to call repeatedly and email repeatedly for them to get back with me. They took my $ very quickly but did not respond quickly to my efforts to get scheduled. Once I finally spent a full day emailing and leaving 5 messages they responded. The clinician improper talked to was wonderful. It's just getting to the clinician that was extremely frustrating!

Cerebral has been my lifeline and has helped me on and off for 3yrs. Ive loved every perscriber Ive seen and ive always been able to easily get medication refills EVEN when i wait til last minute. Therapy is great. Don’t recommend psychiatry, very unhelpful. Push back isn’t something that should feel aggressive or threatening. Considering how crucial medication is to recovery cerebral send to care very little about these patients and their needs.
